The majority of the slab floor of the home was obstructed by carpeting, tile and other floor coverings
that prevented a detailed inspection of the concrete slab.

The dryer was installed and connected to the ventilation pipe at the time of the inspection. This did not
allow a visual inspection of the interior of the dryer vent pipe. As part of moving into the home we
recommend the dryer be pulled back if necessary and the ventilation pipe examined for any debris that
could block proper operation.

1. SAFETY - MISSING ANTI-SIPHON VALVE
There were hose bibs in various locations around the perimeter of the home that were missing an
anti-siphon device. This can allow a cross connection where hose water could be drawn into the fresh
water system. We recommend anti siphon or vacuum breaker devices be installed as necessary for
added safety.

NOT APPLICABLE - VIEW OBSTRUCTED The majority of the slab floor of the home was obstructed by carpeting, tile and other floor coverings that prevented a detailed inspection of the concrete slab. Laundry Laundry Room(s) 2. NOT APPLICABLE - DRYER VENT NOT VISIBLE The dryer was installed and connected to the ventilation pipe at the time of the inspection. This did not allow a visual inspection of the interior of the dryer vent pipe. As part of moving into the home we recommend the dryer be pulled back if necessary and the ventilation pipe examined for any debris that could block proper operation. Safety Items Plumbing Plumbing System 1. SAFETY - MISSING ANTI-SIPHON VALVE There were hose bibs in various locations around the perimeter of the home that were missing an anti-siphon device. This can allow a cross connection where hose water could be drawn into the fresh water system. We recommend anti siphon or vacuum breaker devices be installed as necessary for added safety.

Defect Items None Detected Repair Items Pool and Spa Section Pool Type and Surface 1. DIRTY - REPAIR There was dirt or debris in the bottom of the swimming pool. This did not allow a full examination of the pool surface. We recommend the dirt or debris be removed as necessary and the surface inspected for any defects before the end of your inspection period. Maintenance Items Pool and Spa Section Decking 1. MAINTENANCE - COMMON CRACK(S) There are settlement cracks in the surface of the pool decking in several areas. This can allow water to penetrate and leak into the concrete surface and cause deterioration. We recommend the cracks be sealed as part of general or deferred maintenance to provide proper protection and prolong the life of the decking surface.
