1. We seem to be gaining a reputation for larger country
houses at the moment; with plenty of new enquiries
arriving. This current sketch proposal is for a 5
bedroom stone and thatch 'round-house', with two a
bedroom staff quarters and a triple garage in attached
wings. This home is arranged on two floors around a
10m diameter 'Winter Garden' circulation area at the
ground floor level with galleried access, having a glass
domed roof, to the first floor rooms above.
The accommodation is ample with a double-height
Great Hall adjoining the entrance together with a
Drawing Room, Snug, Dining Room, Breakfast Room,
and Kitchen forming the ground floor. Above this are
three very spacious bedroom suites; the remaining two
bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
