Scrum is an agile framework for managing projects with changing priorities and requirements. It involves breaking work into small increments called sprints that are timeboxed to 2-4 weeks. In each sprint, a cross-functional team works to deliver a small but usable increment of work that meets the sprint goal. Scrum values transparency and using short inspection and adaptation cycles to accommodate changing needs through its events like daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. This allows teams to build products iteratively and have more flexibility to manage changing priorities and requirements.

12. "FRAME"-WORK:
Think of Scrum as a set of rules that
"frame"the "work"
Not a methodology
Not a process
Not a tool
Put inside the frame all the flows,
