Working for the credit card telesales services and HR departments as: new account specialist,
account manager and payroll coordinator. Responsibilities: mainly B2C outbound and
occasionally inbound sales calls to or from potential and assigned existing customers for
acquiring and retention of new credit card accounts, handling outbound financial and customer
service related programs and consulting for existing and new customers. Selected for the
payroll coordination position and to assist team managers in training new hires because of my
excellent communication and leadership abilities. Between 2001 and 2004 responsible mainly
for the payroll coordination of the telesales department employees (around 200 to 300
employees): supervising, coordinating, processing timecards, timesheets, discrepancies and the
whole biweekly payment process.
