Please be ready to tell them the site address, the location of the bag on your site or property
and the type of waste in the HIPPOBAG.
Things To Check
For when you’re ready to use it!
There are a few important things to remember when
positioning the bag:
• Remember to place your HIPPOBAG prior to filling
it as moving it after filling may tear the bag, or
cause injury.
• Position the bag within 4m (13 ft) of a public
highway, if our lorry has to leave the highway
to collect the bag we will need you to sign a
disclaimer. We cannot drive on block paving
under any circumstances.
• Our lorries require a road 4m wide to access.
• Remember we have to lift the bag; so don’t place
it near high walls, trees, cars or beneath overhead
wires that might obstruct the crane.
• If you have any questions regarding access to the
site or property then please contact HIPPO™ on
02392 282 950 before the bag is filled and we’ll
offer you an alternative waste solution.

Garden, household (excluding food), DIY or trade waste
