Objective
· To apply my skills and talents toward helping a company innovate new products.
Personal Summary
From a young age, I have been an artist and an innovator. Beginning in middle school, I would constantly sketch and
design new vehicles and alternative fuel ideas. I am also very visually oriented and can visualizecomplex ideas and structures
easily. Naturally, this led me to pursue engineering in high school where I learned Autodesk Inventor, CNC programming, and
elements of digital logic. High school engineering allowed me to complete many interesting projects including programming a
robotic arm that played Tic-Tac-Toe and designing a 30 gram bridge that held 70 pounds.
As a mechanical engineering student at Virginia Tech, I have been able to apply my programming and design
knowledge to multiple projects such as designing and prototyping a swimming prosthesis and designing a portable hitch
device.
I am Greek and I am very passionate about my culture. I have had the opportunity to spend my summers in Greece
where I have met many people from around the world. This has allowed me to learn about how people live outside the United
States.
