The Center Psalm is 51 and center verse is
Psalm 51:10 " Create in me a clean heart, O
God, and renew a right spirit within me.”
The mercy is appealed to or coming from the
nature of God himself and who He is.
In the end salvation rests on God and who

Why do you boast of evil, O mighty man?
The steadfast love of God endures all the day.
