In 2013 I engaged with NCI and purchased an insurance policy to cover myself and my company
trading in the construction industry. Initially this did give me some peace of mind but I was new to
the idea and did find it hard to see the point in paying for the policy at first.
From the beginning of engagement NCI and their representatives in my case Michael McDowell
were extremely friendly and helpful explaining my policy in detail from start to finish.
Any questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.
After trading for approximately 6 months on a large project things took a turn for the worst and all
Sub Contractors including myself found ourselves owed a large amount of money with no light at
the end of the tunnel and liquidation of the company I was trading for took place.
Fortunately I had cover for this particular event where a large number of others did not and were
owed very large sums.
As soon as I notified NCI of my situation they quickly started the claims process and helped me
every step of the way to reach a positive outcome.
If it wasn't for NCI, Michael McDowell and their extremely professional team all my hard work in
life to date would have been for nothing.
I will always continue to strongly recommend NCI to anybody who trades in any industry
throughout Australia full stop and would not be caught without credit insurance as it has truly
saved my wealth,company and kept the stress of owning a business to a minimum.
