This $655,000 remodel of 1,200 square feet at Northridge Hospital encompassed Phase 1 of remodeling three Cath Labs. The challenge was to convert the space into a high-tech area with an open feel. An innovative 30-foot long colored wall and floor wave serves as a backdrop for medical equipment, using colored lighting to soothe patients and staff. The remodel updated the space with state-of-the-art lights and decorative wall washers that create a calming "blue wave" effect.
