2. Overview
• These instructions will show you how to
register for an individual course/activity in
the CLASS system
• All courses that clients are wanting to pay
individually for need to go through this
process.
• Here is the reason why this is important:
– We need names attached to the registration
process when we take course payments.

4. Course Registration ->
Individual Class Only
• Search the course number in program
registration. Find course and select.
• If spots do permit, register client for course
• At this time, you need to select the
payment button.

5. Course Registration ->
Individual Class Only
• Now, you are now taken to the POS module.
• You now have some options before you select
the individual class for payment.
• You will see 2 main categories of which our
courses are divided into.
– Fitness
– Pool

6. Course Registration ->
Individual Class Only
• Select the appropriate category of which
the class falls under.
• You can click on the Fitness or Pool
buttons to view the items in the lookup list.
• Once you find the course you are wanting
to pay for, select that item and will add it to
the POS sales total on right hand side.

7. Course Registration ->
Individual Class Only
• You will repeat this same process for as
many of the individual classes the client
wants to register for.
• Select the tender of payment of how the
client wants to pay.
• Continue through the POS process until
transaction is complete.
