3. Business Case
• We wanted a more efficient and user friendly grade book application
• For many months now I know and believe that I and others like me have
attempted to avoid the current grade book as much as possible. So much so
that I have almost omitted it from any use in my school career.

• Students/ITT Staff/Corporate

• We are making the current grade app more user friendly in the form of an
executable program instead of a web application.
• Our inscope goal is to have the same level of functionality as the web app
but in a better way.
• Our out of scope goal is to morph the itt online web app into our program.
