THE BUSINESS PROBLEM WE WANT TO SOLVE
1. The Managed Print Services (MPS) marketplace is
more competitive than ever and it’s increasingly difficult
to differentiate

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM WE WANT TO SOLVE
A recent global assessment carried out by the World Resources Institute identifies that about 5 billion acres, which is
approximately 100 billion trees, of the world’s deforested and degraded lands are available for restoration.

PRINTRELEAF TRANSACTION CERTIFICATE
Every month PrintReleaf will ‘releaf’
the customer’s paper footprint by
certifying to plant trees equally
distributed across each of the
reforestation projects the customer
has selected.
Each certificate becomes a ‘living
document’ where the Partner and
Customer can universally track the
progress and survivability of the tree
over a time period of about 10 years.

The PrintReleaf Exchange Standard
was developed in partnership with SGS
International, Industry Experts and
Reforestation System Operators to
establish a set of requirements to
certifiably participate in the PrintReleaf
Exchange.
The standard is always current and
available at printreleaf.com.

SGS International will lead field audits
for PrintReleaf Global Reforestation
Projects to verify 100% net survivability
of trees. All projects are liable to replant
any loss short of 100% net survivability
over an ongoing 8 year audit cycle.

Agree on ProposalOther differences you’ll see throughout deck include… a uniform header for every slide that reflects the style of the section slides. It really needed it
I agree. I don’t care for the cycle because I don’t think it brings much value in articulating the concept and its unoriginal. But I do like the suggestion of steps, which I’ve added. Also, this deck was used during a presentation (with corresponding verbal commentary). Without the verbal presentation, it would suggest that perhaps we make the concept section a series of Steps: 1) Reverse cacl paper consumption for each customer and determine their forest impact - # of trees consumed 2) next slide – plant equivalent number of trees as directed by the customer in our software platform (PRX) 3) another new slide - certify the customer as ‘paper-neutral’ in our software platform (PRX)

I thought this would be a good third step, and that the certification step would be last….I don’t think I’ve received the updated graphic? Also, this graphic is rough. It might be nice to just have a tree in each of the global locations, rather than try to blow up a bubble and designate the partner. They can get into those weeds as they look into the partners more. Any chance we could revise the graphic? If you have the original I can probably do this.
Same as other subtitle pages (see above).
Yep – Canon printers.Re: adding cylinders to represent XOS database... You can probably guess I’ll say yes, too complicated. But I think its important to prove your credibility in understanding how this all functions with their technology. So I just revised the text. Please review for accuracy…
This is the slide where we would swap in multiple screenshots of the web app whereas this current deck has one shot and serves as a means to cut over from the PPT to an actual demo of the software. So, perhaps we need two slides here representing the data flow for both the front end UX and back end (Admin) UX / functionality.

One thing I would like to add is a slide that speaks to the solution. What do you hope to achieve? What solution can Canon be instrumental in helping accomplish? These two slides might be worthy of their own section…. Or they could go right after the contents slides…
