1. 5 Tips To Keep Belief In Today's World
With today's topsy-turvy world and economic situation, you might be wondering which way is up.
"mama never warned me relating to this," you might be thinking to yourself. Everywhere we look there
is temptation in every form. Drugs are running rampant in every city in the world. Every third scene on
television involves some sort of sex or sexual innuendo. Internet porn is just a few clicks away and
infidelity is looked at as "a phase" to many married people. The times we live in are pretty rough.
However, with that said,, there is hope for you. These can be your greatest days and it can
continually get better. While we face many challenges as Christians, we still have an Ace in the hole -
an Almighty God to turn to in a circumstance. Let's look at these five tips and hopefully they will help
you hang onto your faith regardless of what comes at you.
1. God is in control
This means that God is in control no matter what. It doesn't mean He's in control sometimes. It
doesn't mean that only when occasions are good He's calling the actual shots and watching more
than you. Regardless of how bad the situation gets, He is always there watching over you. You can
feel Him all around you at all times if you'll allow it. Even if you're facing bankruptcy, separation and
divorce, sickness, or death, lord is in control of everything and it's going exactly as it should.
2. God has a plan for you
Jeremiah 29:11 is one of my favorite verses and it says, "with regard to I know the plans i have for
you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to provide you with hope
and a future."
Many people go around thinking that everything is in a state of chaos. "i haven't accomplished
anything." "I can't actually seem to get ahead." These are typical cries among many people all over
the world including Christians. However, this is just not true. God has definite plans for you and you
are here for a reason. Do not ever feel like your life is not useful in some way. Lord would never
waste his time making a creation that served absolutely no purpose. God wants you to prosper, to live
abundantly and happily. Don't ever get any notions to the contrary it doesn't matter what people might
tell you.
3. Stop watching the news
That's right. Just make a deal on your own that you're not going to watch this news for a month. While
it might be unthinkable to some of you, this can really do you some good. Think about it for a second.
What offers watching the news ever really benefited you? Go ahead and think about it. Has it bettered
your life in any way? Did it help you learn information that is essential to keep living. Of course not!
except for letting you know when a hurricane is about to come, I can't think of in whatever way that
the news helps you. (if you live near the coast, you can keep the elements Channel on.) The news
just focuses on one thing every day -- negativity. Soaking up negativity in order to make your life
better is a lot like chewing bubble gum in hopes of solving an algebra equation. It's not going to
happen. Do you want to know who was killed in a vehicle accident or brutally killed Do you need to
hear what the so-called "experts" are predicting for the 3rd quarter business results Last time I

2. checked, none of these financial analysts used a crystal ball or had any unique powers to predict the
future. They are making an educated guess and they are usually wrong. Just go about your business
without worrying the other people think. You'll be far better off because of it.
4. Pray
This might sound like an apparent one, but prayer is really the key to keeping your faith within difficult
times. How can you be expected to grow a relationship with a buddy if you never communicate? if
you never talk to God, the way your relationship go to the next level. God loves you and listens to
every word you breathe. Tell him everything that is actually on your heart and he may respond in one
way or another.
5. Believe
Whatever you may well ask for, believe that you're going to obtain it. This is often overlooked by
Christians. We pray with regard to things that we want and then we do not really expect God to
deliver. If you're going to go to the trouble of asking the creator of the universe for something, why
would you think for a second that He won't be able to provide it. "Therefore i tell you, whatever you
ask for in prayer, believe that you have received this, and it will be yours."- tag 11:24
