Immediately, you’ll receive an email with:
A Purchase Request Form

5. On your Purchase Request Form
fill in:
1. Owner Information
(usually the parent)
2. Beneficiary Information
(the student)
3. Successor Owner (optional)

10. What Happens Next?
•Once we receive your Purchase Request Form and check, we will send
you a Confirmation Letter
•You will receive your Annual Statement in the fall showing the
percentage you have saved at all of the 70+ U.Plan schools
•Your Renewal Kit will be sent in May of each year, giving you the
opportunity to save even more
