 Identity Disorder- two or more largely complete personality(s) in one body,
usually very different.
 People often undergo a change in behavior, consciousness, memory,
perception, cognition, and motor function.
 One tends to forget about people, places, or belongings.

3.  1791 was the first reported case of identity disorder of a young women in
her twenties that presumed to be French while other times was German
without any recognition of the other. (Tracy)

4. Bates Motel
 Bates Motel is a TV show that originated from
Psycho in 1959.
 Norman is the main character who suffers from
hallucinations, blackouts, and has his "mothers"
personality.
 Norma is Normans mother that moved the two of
them into a new town purchasing the Bates
Motel.
 These two spent every moment that was
availablein each other's presence.

5.  Norma moved the two of them after
Norman had a blackout, killing his father.
 When Norman blacks out, he becomes
"mother", this personality is angry,
becoming violent, and injuring people.
 At times Norman would dress in his
mother's clothes when his personality
would change.
 This personality tends to appear during
situations that can become complicated
or when angered.

6.  Norman does not know
when his personality
changes or what he
was doing.
 Throughout the
seasons Norman's
blackouts become out
of hand, occurring
more frequently.
 Noma starts to notice
that her sons actions
are becoming out of
hand and send him to
a mental institute.

7.  One of Norman's first
blackouts within the new
town was with his teacher.
 She invited him into her
house and started to
change her clothing with
the door open for him to
see.
 The personality off "mother"
appeared and thought
how wrong the situation
was, became angered and
started to kill her. Norman
has no recollection of this
event.

8. Norman becomes obsess with the relationship he has with his mother
that when another man comes into her life, he becomes jealous,
attempting to kill them both.
Norman fantasies that his mother is still with him and even obsesses over
her body.
