3 EASY NO FIRE KIDS RECIPE
13. Sandwich-
To make a yummy sandwich we need-
• Cheese
• Bread
• Mayo
• Tomato
• Cucumber
• Onion(Optional)
14. Recipe for Sandwich
1.Take two slices of bread.
2.Spread mayo on both the slices of bread.
3.Put a slice of tasty cheese.
4.Then add 2 slices of tomato and onion.
5.After that add 2 slices of cucumber on top of the onion and
tomato.
6. Cover the slice with the other slice of bread.
-Now your sandwich is ready you can enjoy it.
15. MILKSHAKE-
To make a tasty milkshake we need-
• Milk
• Sugar
• Fruit of your choice or chocolate

16. Recipe for Milkshake
1. Pour a cup of milk
2. Add sugar, and any fruit of your choice or chocolate
together in a blender
3. Blend it together
4. Your milkshake is ready to enjoy.
17. Fruity Popsicles
To make fruity popsicles you need-
1. 2 Kiwis
2. 2 Peaches
3. 1 cup Strawberries
4. 1/2 cup Raspberries
5. 1/2 cup Blueberries
6. 2 cups Apple Juice
- We can add many other fruits.
18. Recipe for fruity popsicles-
1. Peel and slice the kiwis and peaches into 1/4" slices. Slice the strawberries into thirds.
2. Carefully press the strawberry, kiwi and peach slices against the sides and bottom of each
mold. Add blueberries and raspberries to fill any gaps as you go.
3. Use a popsicle stick to press the fruit against the sides of the mold. (So you'll be able to see it
better when the juice freezes.)
4. Add as much fruit as you can fit into the mold, continuing to press it against the sides.
5. Fill the molds with apple juice, leaving about 1/4" of space at the top for the juice to expand
when it freezes.
6. Insert a popsicle stick in the middle of each popsicle, between the 2 layers of fruit.
7. Freeze the popsicles overnight (or a minimum of 4 to 6 hours).
8. Run the molds under hot water to help the popsicles release.
19. CHEESE NACHOS-
To make cheesy Nachos you need-
1. 1 packet Nachos
2. 4 tbsp shredded cheese
3. Half cup ball pepper (yellow & red)
4. Half cup tomatoes
5. 2 green chilies (optional)
6. Half cup onions
7. 1 tbsp oregano
8. 1 tbsp chili flakes
9. Salt (as per taste)
20. Recipe for cheese nachos-
1. Take a plate and spread the nachos on it.
2. Spread the bell peppers, tomatoes, green chilies (optional), and
onions over the nachos.
3. Sprinkle the oregano, chili flakes, salt, and the shredded cheese
over it.
4. Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.
5. Put the plate inside the oven and wait for 3 minutes till the cheese
melts.
6. Serve your hot cheese nachos.
21. Fruit Salad-
To make a fruit salad you need-
1. Seasonal fruits
2. Lemon juice
3. Salt
4. Peeper powder
5. Dry fruits (semi-powdered)
22. Recipe for fruit salad-
1. Take a bowl and put all the chopped
fruits in it.
2. Sprinkle over salt, pepper powder, dry
fruits, and one tbsp of lemon juice.
3. Serve immediately as a midday snack.
23. Coconut Laddoo-
To make coconut laddoos you need-
1. 1/2 Cup Dry Petha, grated
2. 2 cup Desiccated Coconut
3. 1 tsp Gulkand
4. 1/2 tsp Rose syrup
24. Coconut Laddoo-
• Mix grated petha and desiccated coconut till you are
able to bind it together.
• Add rose syrup to it and mix well again.
• Take little dough on your palm. Fill little gulkand and
make laddoos.
• Layer and roll the laddoos with some more
desiccated coconut.
