2.  Strength
 Tom has many strengths but his greatest strength
is, without doubt, his impressive camera skills.
 Weakness
 Despite his good work, Tom sometimes benefits
from the other members pushing him to reach
deadlines.
 Aims
 Having brilliantly achieved an A in GCSE media,
Tom will be hoping to reproduce the level of
work which got him such a great grade last year.

3.  Strength
 Amongst Charlie’s many strength is his
outstanding ability to edit to the most precise
detail.
 Weakness
 Charlie has a tendency to get distracted when
filming, although he never fails to get the work
done eventually.
 Aims
 Charlie achieved a good GCSE media grade
and will be aiming to push on from that in his AS
media.

4.  Strength
 Simeron has a great understanding of
the advanced technology, giving us
an edge over the other groups when
editing our material.
 Weakness
 Simeron’s helpful input would be
even more appreciated if it were
provided on a more regular basis.
 Aims
 Simeron has been quickly improving
throughout the year and will hope to
carry that momentum through the
entire year.

5.  Strength
 Joey has a talent with a variety of camera techniques
and an innovative approach when filming.
 Weakness
 Joey struggles with editing due to his lack of
technological knowledge, but he is keen to improve
this.
 Aims
 Joey is quickly improving in his first year of media and
hopes this will continue through to the end of the year
and reflect in his final grade.
