These sub processes identifies operational risk for which controls needed to be assessed and to implement i.e. control

1. Ensure that process owners / departments frame key processes through local procedures,
2. Ensure that local procedures, under the responsibility of process owners, are in line with the rules defined in the
Group policies, standards and guidance, and that they are updated regularly,
3. Conjointly with process owners, monitoring the definition and enforcement of proper segregation of duties rules,
and ensure they are in line with the requirements of the Group policies, standards and guidance,
4. Implement a Control Framework in all sites, entities and activities of the country/MCO, and ensure it is in line with
the Group Manual of Internal Control,
5. Establish, formalize and maintain a local risk assessment and monitoring methodology, covering all aspects from
initial risk assessment to action plan follow-up,
6. Formalize identified issues and weaknesses in an adequate support. Communicate results to GM, Country CFO
and ad-hoc management representatives,
7. Ensure a timely and detailed follow-up of the implementation of internal audit recommendations. Report progress
to the GM and the Country CFO,
8. Support activities conducted by external auditors related to internal control and facilitate exchange of information
between the affiliate(s) and external auditors etc.

Introductory:
Introduction to SAP were made through limited access to SAP various modules, Use of
