Hill, within the neighborhood of Çemberlitaş. It was designed by Mimar Sinan
between 1550 and 1557; his pupil Sedefkar Mehmed Ağa oversaw construction
until 1561. Its style is a fusion of Byzantine architecture with classical Ottoman
architecture. It is considered an epitome of Turkish mosques in general. It has
a rectangular plan with four semi-domes and one main dome, which rests on
an octagonal base and supports two secondary domes. The main dome
measures 25 meters (82 ft) in diameter. Four minarets frame the mosque at

Palestine, make sure you include these historical places while visiting: Dome of
The Rock – Dome of The Rock was built by Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan. This is
one of Judaism’s most sacred site where many Jewish people go for pilgrimage

Kingdom of Jerusalem with capital at Acre (Akko). Al-Aqsa Mosque was
captured by Crusaders in 1187 after a siege that ended with Saladin defeating
and recapturing the city. In 1239 Ayyubids under Baibars retook Jerusalem after

shrine located on Temple Mount in Jerusalem. It is revered as a site important
to Islam due to its association with both Abraham and Muhammad. Muslims
believe that it was originally built by Abraham, who nearly sacrificed his son
Ishmael there on God's command. They believe that Prophet Muhammad went
to heaven from there. Historical accounts indicate that a church was built on
top of Temple Mount during Byzantine rule in Jerusalem and later replaced by
a second church under the rule of Heraclius around 630 AD. During Christian
Arab rule in Jerusalem after 637 AD, Muslim conquest in 638 AD, and their
subsequent control until 1099 AD when Crusaders captured it from Muslims
during First Crusade.

relations with Israel. His leadership was also instrumental in securing peace
between Israel and Jordan's neighbor, Egypt. Hussein took many steps towards
liberalizing Jordanian society for women; however, he continued to be
criticized by human rights organizations for restricting personal freedoms.

capital. It has been that for five different dynasties. You’ll want to take photos

Top Travel Destinations for First-Time Visitors
Traveling to new places can be an exciting experience, but it’s also easy to get
overwhelmed by the sheer number of things to do and see that you don’t know
where to start! It can be difficult to narrow down your choices when faced with
an infinite list of destinations to visit, hotels to book, and tours to take.
Whether you’re preparing for your first trip abroad or just trying to find
somewhere new and exciting near home, here are the top travel destinations
for first-time visitors, as recommended by seasoned travelers from all over the
world.
If you love nature
Costa Rica is one of Central America’s most popular travel destinations and for
good reason. This beautiful country is blessed with an abundance of natural
beauty, from lush jungles to miles of coastline along both Pacific and
Caribbean coasts.
If you are into nightlife
The entertainment capital of America, New York City is a top spot for
first-time visitors. From Broadway shows to live music performances at local
bars and night clubs, NYC has something on offer every night of the week. If
you’re into partying hard until dawn, don’t forget to catch sunrise at one of
NYC’s rooftops with a nice cocktail in hand. You won’t regret it!
For culture lovers
The Louvre is a great first-time destination because it has some of history’s
most beautiful artworks, including famous works by artists like Da Vinci,
Rembrandt and Michelangelo. If you prefer modern art (or modern anything),
check out New York City’s Museum of Modern Art or London’s Tate
Modern—but be sure to plan ahead, as these museums are always packed.
If you want to sleep under the stars
For many, sleeping under stars is a first-time experience. You could get lucky
and see some stars in big cities if you’re not near any light pollution, but for
serious stargazing it’s always best to book a tour that takes you away from city
lights.
If you like unexpected experiences
New York City’s Broadway is a bustling tourist trap, but it’s not often called a
destination. But if you’re in town and looking to spend an afternoon or evening
seeing a show, try Broadway. You can often find cheaper tickets than other
cities’ top destinations. The shows are Broadway classics and have done
wonders with making New York City tourism more accessible and affordable to
visitors from outside of New York, so it’s an ideal first trip when visiting on a
budget.
If history is your thing
If you’re interested in historic sights and museums, check out Paris, London,
Rome or Barcelona. These cities have attractions such as: The Louvre Museum
(Paris), Buckingham Palace (London), The Colosseum (Rome) and La Sagrada
Familia Basilica (Barcelona). You can also tour iconic structures like The Eiffel
Tower (Paris), Big Ben & Parliament Building (London), St.
Some of our thinking is to make a short visit or sudden to tour to nearest places
to learn something new_

10.(2).(51).Argentine Patagonia: Located in Argentina, Patagonia spans an area
of almost one million square kilometers. This stretch of land has made it one of
those historical places worldwide that can easily send shivers down anyone’s
spine. The best way to explore it is by traversing its seaside on a cruise or
taking a bus tour along its coastline. Visitors are often blown away by just how
vast Patagonia really is and some even go as far as calling it the last paradise on
Earth!
10.(2).(52).Santorini: This small island is a part of Greece. Located in the
middle of it, you will find 3 villages and towns that create Santorini. The village
Oia is known for its amazing sunsets and unusual architecture. Fira, which is
actually connected to Oia via an underground tunnel, has stunning calderas
that have been formed due to many volcanic eruptions in history. In addition,
there are more than 500 historic places worldwide!
10.(2).(53).Machu Picchu: Believed to be built by the Incas around 1450, Machu
Picchu is located in Peru and was abandoned after it was conquered by Spanish
conquistadors. The city is well-preserved, making it a popular tourist
destination for people worldwide. Visitors can explore numerous temples,
houses, bridges and more as they wander through what’s now a UNESCO World
Heritage Site.
10.(2).(54).Sydney: This might seem like an odd choice for a historical place,
but consider that Australia was only discovered less than 300 years ago, and
Sydney wasn’t founded until 1788. Plus, it’s arguably one of most beautiful
cities in all of Oceania. No matter what time of year you visit Sydney (provided
it’s not winter), you can explore historic landmarks such as: The Royal Botanic
Gardens, built in 1816; St.
10.(2).(55).Banff: The Banff Springs Hotel, in Alberta, Canada, is one of the
most historic places to visit worldwide. It was completed in 1888 and was once
a prime vacation destination for King Edward VII of England (among other
royals). The hotel also claims that two U.S. presidents once stayed there as
well: Ulysses S. Grant and Theodore Roosevelt.
10.(2).(56).Glacier National Park: Located in Montana, Glacier National Park is
home to over 700 species of native plants. It’s most famous spot is probably
Going-to-the-Sun Road, a 50 mile stretch that cuts through a towering
mountain range.
10.(2).(57).Phuket: In Phuket you can visit a historical place called Fort Amber
or Chedi Mai Thon. This is one of the best places for your holiday in Phuket. It
was built for sea defense and now, it’s considered as an important historical
place in Thailand. In Thailand, there are a lot of places for you to visit but in my
opinion, it’s one of them.
10.(2).(58).London: The Tower of London has been a historical landmark for
more than 700 years. It's home to many events throughout the year including
Beefeater’s Yeoman Warder tour and learning how to be a Beefeater (all parts
of training included!), Poet Laureate series, Monarch’s Remembrance Sunday,
and an annual Ceremony of The Keys. There are also regular historical tours
held daily for guests. Those who want to live like royalty can even stay in one of
two rooms inside The Tower – Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s official
residence! This is just one example of all you can do at The Tower and many
historical places worldwide. If you love history, take a trip down memory lane
and visit some of these top historical places around the world today. History
will never cease to amaze!

beautiful views and lagoon. The island—with beaches surrounded by
aquamarine waters and a lagoon teeming with marine life—has been featured
in movies such as 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Jurassic Park and
Waterworld. Tourists visit from nearby Tahiti or from cruise ships sailing in
from Hawaii or Australia.
10.(2).(60).South Island, New Zealand: New Zealand has some of the most
beautiful scenery in all of Oceania, which is why it’s often called Godzone.
Among its many natural landmarks is Mount Cook National Park, a volcano
that sits within an extinct and active caldera; it’s considered one of New

Backpackers travel with no real plans in mind. They usually stick to hostels and
eat in restaurants for cheap prices. Backpackers tend to explore all cultures and
stop when they feel like it. A backpacker spends less money because he or she
doesn’t have a home base and pays for everything as they go along. This type of
traveler is not too concerned about spending money on food, accommodation,
transportation, or tours.
10.(1).(2).Expedition Members: The adventurers. The explorers. The hikers,
mountaineers, and backcountry skiers who venture into some of the most
remote corners of our planet. These intrepid souls have a sense of urgency to
them—they know they need to be ready to go at a moment’s notice so they
may not have time for formalities such as reservations or detailed itineraries.
A person or a group of persons traveling distant places with proper planning,
specific goal or necessity, to execute of objects, to explore or research is
expedition journey where no special skills or level of fitness and no age limits
required. Types are_ Surveys of gravity and magnetic fields, Seismographic
methods, Geologic feature mapping and detection of seepages.
10.(1).(3).Nature Lover: These travelers tend to enjoy scenic vistas, hiking and
wildlife. Nature lovers want to get out in nature, explore and appreciate its
beauty. These travelers are not very interested in amenities, but they do need
comforts like clean water and decent food. They also tend to stay with families
or local homestays. All-inclusive resorts can be a good fit for nature lovers who
are more interested in relaxation than convenience.
A person flourish on spending time by observing wild lives who is fond of trees,
love to hugs trees, madly love nature is a nature lover. This type of tourist is
very much sensitive about their motive. While travelling sometime they fix the
things which are needed for nature growth and wildlife in their sense.
10.(1).(4).Disabled Travelers: People with disabilities should be prepared to
research accessibility before they travel. This includes how to get around, as
well as access to restaurants and restrooms. The Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA) requires businesses, including hotels and other facilities, to provide
equal access for disabled patrons. Even so, it’s a good idea for disabled
travelers to contact any accommodation provider beforehand for specifics on
accessibility.
If a friend or family member is traveling with a disability, consider doing some
research on disabled-friendly travel destinations, so that your loved one can
get around easily. There are many places to visit in every region of the world
that offer disabled travel packages designed to make it easy for travelers with
disabilities to enjoy their trip.
10.(1).(5).Culture rearer: The culture rearer travel type is interested in exotic
places and things, from learning about local cultures to experiencing nature.
Culture rearers are easy to spot at a destination: You’ll see them sitting
together in groups, passing around their cameras or discussing various
cultural elements. To pique a culture rearer’s interest, you should highlight
some of your local or national customs that might be new to travelers from
abroad.
Travel can be affected by a city’s culture. I visited San Francisco for New Years
and fell in love with it, after living there for a few months I realized that culture
plays a big role in how tourists visit places. There are many things to see and
do, but once visiting San Francisco you soon realize that you have to walk
everywhere or take public transportation because it is so expensive to rent cars
or even own them.
10.(1).(6).The Foodie: Foodies are primarily driven by sights and sounds, but
are also interested in taste and culture. Often eager to try new things, foodies
tend to venture out into off-the-beaten path areas when traveling. They’re
always up for a restaurant recommendation from their hotel concierge and
enjoy discovering hidden gems or finding exotic delicacies. Be prepared for a
lot of time looking at menus! This is also a good type of traveler to target if
you’re looking to become an affiliate marketer.
While it’s true that popular travel destinations are teeming with restaurants
and eateries, sometimes eating in can be a great experience. If you want to
make sure that eating out doesn’t break your budget—or at least doesn’t
require breaking into a second mortgage—ask for recommendations from
other tourists. The best part of traveling is experiencing different cultures, and
no culture expresses hospitality better than a restaurant that specializes in
food from around the world.
10.(1).(7).Photographer: The travel photographer is a person who documents
his travel experiences and typically through a camera. The result of his
photographs may become souvenirs, or be used to create a travelogue (travel
writing with pictures) or photographic essay (pictures with supporting text).
Travel photographers also take pictures for tourist boards or ad agencies as
well as magazines and newspapers. Some travelers are happy to book a hotel
and then spend their days walking or exploring. The best hotels cater to all
types of traveler, offering features like rooftop bars with unobstructed views,
spacious open-air areas to read, or nearby walkways that take you straight into
a bustling city. You might start planning your next vacation as soon as you’re
dropped off at home after your last one.
10.(1).(8).Party Lover: The party lover loves to travel for two main reasons: it
gives him an excuse to live it up and travel, and he’s often a social creature who
likes meeting new people. The thrill seeker is often employed in sales or
marketing, because those industries tend to promote traveling more than
other careers do. There are many types of travel for thrill seekers, such as
staying at resorts and going on all-inclusive vacations where you don’t have to
worry about getting lost or spending too much money.
10.(1).(9).Travel Planner type: Some people want to be in total control, and that
means planning out their whole trip. These types of travelers will typically use
services like Expedia or Travelocity to research and book flight,
accommodations, car rentals and activities on a trip-by-trip basis. You’ll need
to have high self-control skills if you’re going to be a planner type because it
takes a great deal of willpower not to jump on that spontaneous flight deal.
10.(1).(10).Unplanned tour maker: An unplanned tour maker is a traveler who
has little to no experience traveling and usually makes spontaneous decisions
to travel. This type of traveler tends to buy everything at the last minute. They
aren’t very experienced but are more likely to explore different cultures, take
risks, and be interested in unique things. An unplanned tour maker is always
on a budget and doesn’t want anything fancy but will pay for it if it means an
overall good time.
10.(1).(11).Thrill Seeker: The thrill seeker tends to come in with a sense of
curiosity and adventure, but these travelers can make your job more
challenging. Some have unrealistic expectations about travel, causing them to
get frustrated when things don’t go according to plan. Other thrill seekers
simply get bored easily if there isn’t enough adventure in their trip. Make sure
you understand what type of traveler they are before booking their tickets;
sometimes that small tweak can make all the difference between a satisfied
customer and one who will never use your service again.
10.(1).(12).Functional Traveler: The functional traveler makes a trip for a
specific purpose, such as for business or for visiting family. They often use
travel sites and search engines to find deals and create their own itinerary.
These types of travelers might have their transportation arranged by someone
else.
10.(1).(13).Religious Traveler: Religious Traveler This type of traveler is not
very common in many countries. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive, no
hassle vacation then you can try to cater to these travelers by offering them
religious tours or vacations. You can do so by creating packages that include
religious sites and activities like worshiping at temples, mosques, churches
etc. To make it more interesting, you can also provide sightseeing options like
visiting ancient temples or ruins and allow them to explore different cultural
aspects during their trip.
10.(1).(14).Shopping lover: Yes, there’s a different type of traveler out there
that only has time to pack up their bags and get on a plane if they are getting to
see something that can also be bought. Shopping is a lifestyle, and travelers
like these know they always have a way to find what they need.
10.(1).(15).Yearly traveler: Like a vacationer, these types of travelers enjoy
short getaways to places within their country. However, they do not plan or
save all year long in order to afford an international trip. Instead, they make
weekly or monthly trips out of town and return home each time. This is a great
option for anyone who doesn’t want to spend money on airfare and hotels
when they don’t have to.
10.(1).(16).Gang bang: If you’re on a round-the-world trip and want to hit
every country in one fell swoop, then it’s a good idea to know what type of
traveler you are: Do you just want to see as much as possible or do you prefer
quality over quantity? Are you looking for an adventure packed with activities
or would you rather relax and experience culture at a slower pace? Are there
particular places that are must-sees for your trip?
10.(1).(17).Weekend traveler: According to an annual study by Sage Vacations,
36% of Americans say they will travel over a weekend in 2017, up from 27% in
2016. Weekend travelers tend to be young and affluent. They’re also more
likely than other types of travelers to have kids. Many staycationers are
weekend travelers as well—most cite cost savings as their top reason for
staying at home instead of going abroad or taking a cruise.
10.(1).(18).Luxury Traveler: A luxury traveler has it all, be it luxurious
accommodations, first-class travel, or top-notch dining. Luxury travelers tend
to be more educated and experience-oriented than other types of travelers;
they seek high-end products and exclusive experiences. They like to reward
themselves for hard work and achievement by splurging on an extravagant
vacation—or a couple trips a year! It’s not uncommon for luxury travelers to
make three or four long-haul trips per year.
10.(1).(19).Artist: People who are passionate about discovering local culture and
art. They enjoy museums, art galleries, street performers, historical sites and
cultural celebrations. While their main focus is on looking for culture, they do
want to relax a bit as well. They might want to consider staying in smaller
hotels with a more intimate setting. These types of travelers can be described
as experiencing an elevated level of stimulation and tend to stay away from
large, commercial tourist attractions that have popular crowds around them.
10.(1).(20).Budget base traveler: These types of travelers often do not mind
paying extra for sightseeing. They are ready to pay anything as long as they get
to see their desired tourist spot. If a hotel has free breakfast then it will be great
but if that hotel has a view from its balcony then that would make them
happier.
10.(1).(21).Experience Collector: These are your typical vacation types. They
take a yearly vacation (or two) to areas they’ve never been and like to do
activities that provide a new experience, such as skydiving or scuba diving.
While these are generally safe individuals, their adventurous nature sometimes
puts them in danger of falling ill or getting injured during their trip. On
average, however, they tend to be healthier than other traveler types.
10.(1).(22).Tribe inventors: It’s often said that there are three types of
travelers: those who want to check as many destinations off their bucket list as
possible; those who want to learn as much about a place or culture as they can;
and those who simply enjoy being on vacation. This third type is sometimes
referred to as a tribe—and they tend to seek out experiences where they can
immerse themselves in another world and get lost among other people like
them.
10.(1).(23).Relax Seeker: The Relax Seeker is one that may take a trip without
much planning, not really caring where they end up. They are simply looking
for a break from their daily grind. They usually come home with great
memories, but aren’t likely to talk about how well-organized or budget
friendly their trip was. This type of traveler tends to splurge on things like
fancy hotels and meals at expensive restaurants.
10.(1).(24).Class based traveler: It is determined by education, experience and
social background. This type of traveler will be travelling for pleasure and
holiday. Being university students, it needs a lot of money to finance their trip
but they can afford whatever since they are not spending a lot on daily life
expenses at home. They are knowledgeable about everything around them and
do not need much assistance from tour guides or travel agencies while they
travel. Their main focus is to explore different places with knowledge and
understanding.
10.(1).(25).Soul Searcher: They are looking for an experience or adventure that
aligns with their values. You can recognize these types of travelers by paying
attention to their inquiries about transportation, trip purpose, accomodations,
activities and more. The soul searcher wants to know how local culture has
shaped your destination, how other travelers have interacted with locals in a
positive way and how they can participate as a cultural ambassador.
10.(1).(26).Super Saver: This type of traveler is on a budget, and isn’t going to
waste money on traveling luxuriously. They have no time to waste, are in a
hurry, and if possible would get everything done under one day. If they do have
time, they’ll take public transportation as opposed to paying for expensive
shuttle buses or tours with tour operators. Usually don’t care about great
scenery or fancy hotels/restaurants.
10.(1).(27).City Lover: This traveler loves history, architecture and culture—if
they’re not on Instagram, they’re probably writing a book. They often want to
explore as much of a destination as possible within their short stay, are more
likely to book tours and feel most comfortable in high-end accommodations.
City lovers are generally less price sensitive than other types of travelers. They
enjoy being close to shops and attractions and don’t mind spending time
walking around a city during their trips.
10.(1).(28).Tourists: For the most part, tourists are looking for quick vacations
that provide an escape from their regular lives. They have higher incomes and
can afford to pay more than other types of travelers, but they’re also on a set
schedule so you need to be able to accommodate them quickly. This type tends
to look for entertainment-based activities like nightlife and parties.
10.(1).(29).Couple: The most popular type of traveler out there, The Couple are
typically just in their early to mid-twenties. They will want to see and do
everything they can while they’re away. They tend to be adventurous and like
going out, but aren’t overly rowdy (unless you count fighting over what to
watch on Netflix). They are also probably not on a budget: remember that time
you went abroad for that cousin’s wedding?
10.(1).(30).Social Media & Social Engager: It is a traveler that likes to share and
show off about his/her travel experiances through social media. This type of
traveler uses most popular social media to connect with friends and family
members. They have no problem sharing their trips, reviews or pictures on
facebook, twitter etc...
10.(1).(31).Experts: Why should you differentiate between different types of
travelers? There are a lot of reasons. The main one is that everyone has a
preference and some type may be better for a certain situation than others. A
few examples: It’s been proven that romantic travelers stay longer in
destinations, have more visits during their stay, and tend to visit more places
in an area.
10.(1).(32).Always in mode of Lost: One type of traveler is referred to as Lost.
This person hasn’t planned his trip at all. The travel books just kind of ended
up in his backpack and he somehow found himself flying halfway around the
world with a three-day layover in a city he’s never heard of. Lost travelers are
usually bad for hotels, because they tend to skip town early and take off for
even more distant destinations without paying their bills first.
10.(1).(33).Childrens: These are travelers who are not legally allowed to travel
alone and are with a family member or guardian. These types of travelers have
different needs depending on their age. Younger children may need more adult
supervision whereas older kids may require other types of activities to keep
them busy. Child-friendly destinations have play areas, entertainment and
places where parents can let their guard down for a few minutes.
10.(1).(34).Business Traveler: A business traveler is someone who travels for
either pleasure or work. Business travelers often stay in high-end hotels and
travel with a lot of supplies to help them work on-the-go. They tend to be
more picky about how much they spend, and are less likely to enjoy themselves
than other types of travelers. However, they are still important people in
tourism—they make up an estimated 60%–70% of all business tourists.
10.(1).(35).Very Slow Traveler: A Very Slow Traveler is anyone who wants to
travel at a very slow pace. Their vacations are less about being on vacation and
more about immersing themselves in a place or culture for an extended period
of time. And, although their idea of leisurely is not necessarily lounging by the
pool all day long, they do enjoy traveling at a slower pace than most other
types of travelers.
10.(1).(36).Holiday Traveler: Tourists who travel to visit places that are
historically significant, geographically beautiful, or culturally rich. These
people go on vacation to see things they want to see and enjoy. They stay in a
variety of accommodations depending on where they are traveling, how long
they are staying, and their budget. The holidays also give rise to another type
of traveler - seasonal travelers. Many businesses cater specifically to these
tourists since they often bring money with them; Christmas and winter
vacation being big tourist draws.
10.(1).(37).Agey Travelers: The oldest travelers are those in their 80s and 90s.

ways. You can take the services in remote areas as well as in planes, cruise
ships or trains offering various food and drinks including in the deal.
10(4).(30).Cafés make pleasure: With limited types of products it serves the
locals with great entertainment. Cafe’s are a great place for tourists to discover
the local places and traditions by gossiping with local people. This is one of the
most loving places for visitors for instant relaxation. Local economy is stable

beyond the regular experience. Such things are widely happening in a
particular tourist location. Some tourist plans also occur based on the venue to
entertain and to refresh yourself.
10(4).(33).Shopping destinations worldwide: Shopping facilities in a tourist
spot are very common. Most of the time while planning the tour, people are
pre-planning for a shopping of local hand made traditional products as a
memory of their tour. Also gift tradition once you get back from a tour is a
main concern to make a shopping journey. Berjaya Times Square _
Malaysia,CentralWorld _ Thailand,Dubai Mall _ United Arab Emirates,King of
Prussia Mall_ USA,Morocco Mall _Morocco,SM Mall of Asia _
Philippines,West Edmonton Mall _ Canada are the places you are planning for
your next shopping trip.
10(4).(34).Travel industry & Coronavirus Pandemic Impact: Travel restrictions
due to pandemic effects very badly in the global economy. International events
canceled. Employment status has gone down very badly. Every single sector
has been affected due to pandemic. Lot’s of entrepreneurs permanently closed
their business. In Spite of all such issues costs are going high for every single
product.
10(4).(35).Nature of tourism and motivations to travel: Visiting another place
with interest and pre-plan is tourism. Other than residents visiting another
country legally they are tourists. Purposes may be holiday, Religious,
recreation, health, sport, study, business and also includes the movement for
all purposes with particular activities and selected choices. If you have a
specific reason to move then you can make a tour by making the reason the
basic part of your journey.
10(4).(36).Domestic and international tourism: The tour within national
boundaries or home country is a domestic tour and all the activities are limited
within this land. This way the economy is rolling inside the boundary. For the
maximum number of tourists destinations are fixed & always searching for
new choices to spend their leisure time. For international tourism this is
vice-versa.
While planning for an international tour some points are more considerable
and important like transportation facilities, efficient tour plan, reliable
services from agencies, proper accommodation facilities, catering service
comfort ,standard of tourism, cost analysis, shopping facilities and other
special interests based on the basics of the tour.
10(4).(37).Travel & Expenses: Though it may seem like a trivial matter, all of
your travel and accommodations will be factored into your final invoice. There
are many ways to save money during a trip—usually involving roughing it and
avoiding tourist traps. For some agents, however, spending $500 on a room for
three nights is just part of their daily routine. And though there’s nothing
wrong with that, it might not be right for everyone.
10(4).(38).Pleasure travel & desired Travel: The travel and tourism industry is
comprised of many niches, each with its own little quirks. From business travel
to pleasure travel, there are many different segments that tourists fall into
when it comes to their desires and interests. If a person wants a vacation where
they can relax, unwind, and rejuvenate themselves, pleasure travel is right for
them. Pleasure travel takes up more than half of all travel around the
world—including leisure activities like sports watching as well as socializing
with friends and family members.
10(4).(39).Relationships of all Tourism sectors: Tourism consists of various
sectors, including accommodation, travel and food. The holiday season is in
full swing and that means many tourists are heading out to new destinations
across America. For example, did you know there are over 12 million jobs in
travel and hospitality? The number of workers in these fields increased by 22%
between 2002-2012 (15). What’s more, a report by Economic Modeling
Specialists International shows that growth isn’t slowing down!
10(4).(40).Travel in Ocean & water transportation : Most tourists visit water
places for recreation, safety and enjoyment. Beaches and waterfronts are
visited more often by people. Water transportation is a part of tourist industry
which attracts many people from all over world. So ocean & water
transportation has great opportunities for profit. In land based transport we
use cars, buses etc but in ocean transportation there are many types of boats
such as cruise ships and yachts. These boats have various purpose like
exploration, fun rides, business and travelling from one country to another.
10(4).(41).Airports & one-way rentals: Travelers are on a never-ending quest
to find deals. One way that tourist travel and accommodation (hotels, condos,
etc.) companies deal with increasing competition is by providing one-way
transportation for travelers. With a one-way rental system in place, tourists
can arrive at their destination airport without having to worry about returning
to their origin point – it’s taken care of.
10(4).(42).Leisure travelers: Leisure travelers accounted for 32% of all
international tourist arrivals in 2013. With so many people traveling for
pleasure, it’s easy to focus on fun things to see and do. However, a happy
holiday is largely dependent on being well-prepared. No matter where you’re
planning to travel, there are a few basic items every traveler should have in
their bag—and these items can make or break your travel experience!
10(4).(43).Housekeeping services: Tourism has long been recognized as an
important economic driver, creating jobs and economic growth for
communities across Canada. Tourism helps to preserve and promote our
country’s heritage and culture. The travel and hospitality industries in Canada
are a vital part of our economy, employing close to 2 million Canadians
annually. Domestic tourists contribute $91 billion to our gross domestic
product (GDP), while international tourists contribute $20 billion—leaving no
doubt that we benefit from promoting Canada as a travel destination
worldwide.
10(4).(44).Agri-tourism: Also known as eco-tourism, agri-tourism is a
growing trend in travel that encourages people to get away from cities and
explore their own backyards. Agri-tourism provides everything from urban
farmers’ markets to organic farm vacations to real estate buyers who want to
see if an area is right for them. It doesn’t matter if your backyard is a rural
farm or a big city apartment; there are plenty of opportunities for agri-tourism
entrepreneurs.
10(4).(45).Educational Accommodation: In order to improve a traveler’s
experience, educational accommodations are often made. Educating yourself
on what those accommodations entail is a great way to make travel
experiences more enjoyable for all involved parties. Whether you are traveling
or accommodating others, it never hurts to be educated on your options.
10(4).(46).Online content Tourists: Locals must always remember that they are
tourists in someone else’s country. This holds true even when we consider our
own hometown, as it is not just a homogeneous area but a melting pot of
various people, cultures and lifestyles. Tourists often have certain expectations
for what to see or where to go when traveling, and locals must help them
achieve their goals.
10(4).(47).Medical care and hospitalization: Medical care in Western
countries is expensive, and few private medical insurance policies cover
overseas travel. Before traveling abroad, ensure that your medical insurance
will cover medical expenses in all your destinations. Medical facilities in
Western Europe are of a high standard; however, public hospitals can be
crowded and waiting lists for nonemergency surgery can be lengthy. If an
emergency arises that requires hospitalization or immediate medical
attention, contact your embassy or consulate immediately to inquire about any
special arrangement it may have made to assist citizens overseas.
10(4).(48).Tourism education and Training: There are many different types of
education available for those in and interested in traveling to destinations
outside their own, whether it’s by plane, train, boat or automobile. This is a
thriving and growing field that includes everything from travel journalism and
guides to acting as a tour guide. There are also numerous training programs
available online, as well as in-person educational opportunities at sites like
state travel offices or tourist board agencies.
10(4).(49).Sales and Distribution & support services: In addition to
accommodations, travel agencies and tourist information centers offer sales
and distribution services for many products and merchandise. These often
include souvenirs and gifts for tourists, as well as local products that are
difficult to find in stores or online. Support services often include currency
exchange, photocopying facilities, translation services, etc.
10(4).(50).Secure reservation: Hotel and travel websites allow people to book
their accommodation or travel package in advance, therefore preventing
last-minute rushes. Keep an eye out for last minute deals on these sites as
well—you can often secure a discount on popular tourist destinations if you
visit at off-peak times.
10(4).(51).Retail agents for tour agency: For foreign tourists visiting Thailand,
it is not a good idea to go sightseeing by themselves. They should join a tour
and travel agent in Thailand which can provide reliable information of various
tourist attractions in various regions of Thailand. Travel agents in Thailand are
mostly retail agents that sell domestic flights, package tours and group tours
on behalf of global travel agencies. The presence of international companies
has been increasing lately as they already have established their brand names
both at home and abroad.
10(4).(52).Tourism Organizations Stakeholders: Tourism businesses in
addition to hotels, airlines, government tourist offices, travel agencies, and
rental car companies will be interested in reading about a new tourism
regulation that was recently put into place. Interested readers can learn all
about it on your news site. Guest blogging is an effective way to get your name
out there. Write up a few pages on how to start a new business and send them
to local newspapers or magazines.
10(4).(53).Infrastructure supporting of tourist industry: The infrastructure
supporting tourists around the world is constantly growing, with airports,
railways and roads regularly being updated to facilitate travel and make things
more convenient for tourists. As a result of these improvements to
transportation systems, tourist destinations are becoming increasingly
accessible to travelers from other countries. While travel may have once been
reserved for those living within close proximity of a particular destination,
today’s world has made it possible for people to take lengthy vacations without
needing to relocate their home or office.
10(4).(54).Advertising and promotion: Tourism is a global phenomenon, and
it’s important for all corners of a country to work together to promote
themselves as tourist destinations. Tourism officials from every province and
region should attend conventions, publish travel guides, and partner with
state-run television stations to create ad campaigns that drive tourists into
their city. Ads can even target specific demographics in other countries: young
families in Europe, singles seeking adventure in South America, or
businesspeople looking for corporate retreats in Asia.
10(4).(55).Destination Categories & Adventure Tourism: Adventure travel
encompasses a huge range of activities. Tourists take part in everything from
hiking and biking to kayaking and rafting, as well as skydiving, rock climbing,
paragliding, sailing and more. If your destination has world-class adventure
opportunities, it makes sense to include them in your planning process.
Adventure travel encompasses a huge range of activities.
10(4).(56).Travel facilitators and travel motivators: The travel facilitator deals
with all travel arrangements to ensure that everything is organized and
prepared. The travel motivator takes care of all on-site services, including
guests’ entertainment and sightseeing. However, they may not be employed by
a particular hotel or airline; instead, they work for an organization or company
(like a tour agency) that handles large groups of tourists. At times, both these
types of professionals may work together to give better service to their clients.
