13. Findings
• Senior and junior both the staffs are open to new
technologies.
• Comparing to the world, BCBL’s technological change
is very slow.
• From the study we can see that the organization is
giving less priority in technological changes.
• Blockchain adoption could cause unknown cost, or
people could get benefits from it.
• As this technology is unknown to almost everyone, so
they are thinking there might be loss of control.

14. Recommendations
• The Blockchain technology will affect the financial areas of every
sector in future. So not only the bankers but also the financial
professionals of every industry must become aware of this.
• The study is showing us that the technological change is very slow in
BCBL. But if this goes on, it will be difficult to remain in the
industry. People are looking for easy & secured way of financial
transactions. Technology is on the way to the solution of this
problem.
so I would like to recommend that everybody should get involved
with new technologies.
• Only senior staffs can come up with new ideas, only the bosses will
be open to new technologies! These Perceptions should be changed,
given up. Because sometimes the juniors could come up with a
thinking or idea that will change the face of the organization.
