History:30 dedicated members established thisclub in
1995-96 Phenomenal growth to105 in 5 years.
•Unique fellowship and service club which is recipient
of many distinguished awards from the District and
Rotary International.
•It has set a new Record of seeking 21 Matching Grants
from the Rotary Foundation in year 2000-2001.
•Club has received two 3-H Grants to construct Rotary
Midtown Lapasari Dam & Rotary Midtown Vasahat for
earthquake affected families.
6. 1) Planning
planning is a management process, concerned
with defining goals for company's future direction
and determining on the missions and resources to
achieve those targets.
7. Planning is done according to events after collecting
fund raising and than budgeting is done and
facilities such as mandap, services,lighting, and
sponsers are being provided.
8. 2) Organizing
Organizing in management refers to the
relationship between people, work and resources
used to achieve the common objectives (goals).
9. The organizing is done under one leader who leads
the event and distributes work to its coordinates and
sub leaders.
10. 3) Staffing
It is the process of filling vacant position by
appointing the right personnel at the right job, at the
right time. Hence, everything will occur in the right
manner.
11. The events which are organized comes under the
acknowledgement of the president.

13. 4)Directing
Directing is said to be a process in which the
managers instruct, guide and oversee the
performance of the workers to achieve
predetermined goals. Directing is said to be the
heart of management process.
14. The president , secretary , vice president and director
always directs the other committee members and
assign them work accordingly.
There main aim is to motivate new people to join the
rotary club and motivates them to help for
betterment of society and gives training for more
output of work.
15. 5) Co-ordinating
The coordinating function of management brings
together all the other aspects of a manager's job as
the manager must bring together individuals,
groups, and ideas in pursuit of a common goal.
16. 6)Reporting
The reporting to management is a process of
providing information to various levels of
management so as to enable in judging the
effectiveness of their responsibility centres and
become a base for taking corrective measures, if
necessary.
17. 7) Budgeting
Budgeting involves all the activities that under
Auditing, Accounting, Fiscal Planning and Control.
18. It’s the collection from the fund raising is used for
betterment of the welfare of the society special for
child welfare and expenses are being included under
this and all among all is being decided by this budget
which is being collected.
Such as when a Rotary Committee meeting is
organized the expenses such as stall , sponsor,
refreshments , all being paid through this amount.
