1. Why YOU should join us!
We are so pleased that you are considering becoming the voice for a child in
need! By becoming a CASA volunteer you will make a difference in the life of a
foster child in Fresno or Madera county.
Here is why you should become a CASA:
• You will be the voice of a child or multiple children in the court system.
• You can help keep neglected and abused children safe until they have found a
permanent home.
• You will create a bond with the child that they may have never experienced in
their life thus far.
• Research has shown that children with a CASA have been more successful in
their later years.
• There are more than 200 children in Fresno and Madera counties alone on a list
waiting to receive an advocate – you are needed!
