0422 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any

Return Shipping Instructions
• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the
order.
• You MUST call Technical Support at (800) 954-0422 Monday-Friday 7:00
AM to 3:00 PM for RMA number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
o Include all original packaging materials.
o All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
o Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
• Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA
number clearly displayed on the outside package.
