Enabling you to take a step back whilst
maintaining control of your inventories is at the
core of our paperless system. Simply book your
appointment and we do all the leg work for you.
CUTTING TO THE CHASE
A Paperless Inventory is an electronically
delivered Tenancy Report which fulfills the
recommendations of the Tenancy Deposit
Schemes. Paperless lets you automate
administration tasks whilst providing proof that
the Tenant has been kept informed of their
obligations.
Paperless provides Inventory and end of
tenancy reports which are not only suitable
for sending to Adjudicators, but could even
reduce the amount of claims.

You can book by Email, Phone or on our
Website where you can keep track of all
your future and historical appointments.
It is so simple you can make a booking in
less than 2 minutes. Provide the
information required
including your lead Tenants name, email
address and phone number and thats it
your booking is paperless primed.
All data is held securely and is never used
for anything other than the report.orts.
On the day and time of your booking
we will arrive at your requested key pick
up point, visit the property, compile our
report, return keys and notify you of any
immediate issues.
Within 36 hours of your booking time we
will deliver your report and send by our
paperless system to your Tenant.
Our reports are detailed yet easy to
follow. Initiated with a general description
including all meter readings, followed by
the report body and an average of 240
high resolution colour images.
Each day after the Inventory has been
delivered the Tenant will be notified by
both Email and SMS with a link to
download the report. This will happen for
the duration of the cooling period. Should
the Tenant not download the report in the
allotted time it is automatically agreed to.
Along with the report the tenant is
provided with clear instructions and an
amendment form to which they add
images and descriptions.
