2. 1. The applicants must bear a passport with a
legitimacy of six months at least. The passport
must be acceptable for Saudi Arabia as well as
next destination. This international ID must
possess two blank visa pages side by side.
3. 2. A recent and colored photograph of passport
size with white background is required of every
applicant. The photo should be full-front view
with the candidate confronting the camera.
Angled view or side photos are unacceptable.

complete application form written in black ink or

agency must sign and stamp this form.

above) wishes to go on Hajj with his family,
then he is required to write entire data of his life
partner and children or any family member who

documents are issued in any foreign country
then translated copies of marriage and birth
certificates are required. These copies need to
be notarized by registered translation office.
7. 6. Women are allowed to travel for Hajj only
with a Mehram. Kinship proof is required with
the application form to support their
relationship.
8. 7. A lady beyond 45 years of age is allowed to
travel without Mehram together with a Hajj
group. In this case, a notarized No Objection
Certificate is required from her father, husband,
son or brother approving her to go for Hajj.
9. 8. The candidate must possess a ticket that is
non-refundable roundtrip with official or
confirmed reservations.
10. 9. The evidence of vaccination for ACYW135
and Meningitis in the form of inoculation
certificate must be submitted by the applicant.
For kids up to 15 years of age and infants, an
immunization report of polio and meningitis is
required. Children above 15 years are
considered as adults so they must present the
same type of vaccination report as that of
adults.
11. 10. The candidates under the age of 18 are
only granted Hajj Visa if they are traveling with
their families.
12. 11. An applicant who is changed over to Islam
must submit an Islamic Certificate notarized or
issued by Islamic Center.
13. 12. Only the passport which is legitimate for
seven months from travel date must be
submitted.
