During my employment with SunStates Management,I was not only there LeasingAgent for CypressLake Apartments, keeping
them at 98% and above on their occupancyduring my entire employment history with them,I also floated between different
Propertiesfilling in as Acting Manager and Leasing Agent when needed,I worked in home office as a Secretary and learning the
responsibilities of RegionalManager and roles they played on a daily basis to ensure each property was run effectively.
When my employment began in March of 2014 with Summer Chase Apartments there occupancywas at 89% and I amproud to say
