7. We are able to provide standard forms at no additional cost.:
Leave, banking details, change of banking details, personal
details, overtime, travel and authorisation for garnish orders.
We also assist at a nominal fee with the registration of employees
for UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund), COIDA
(Compensation for Occupational Injury and Diseases) this was
known as workmen’s compensation and SDL (Skills development
Levy).
We are also able to draw up employment contracts at a small
once off fee.

The cost of the above payroll service is
calculated per person on a monthly or weekly
basis, as per the tables below.
The yearly/bi-yearly, legislated services
include the reconciling and furnishing of
IRP5’s and IT3s’ at the end of the tax year,
these costs are also detailed below.
If you require the year to date information for
terminated and active employees to be on one
system, your existing payroll will have to be
transferred to our system.
