2. Ingredients: • (1) Box of Chocolate Mousse • (1) Instant-coffee sleeve • (1) Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream • (3) Tbsp water (room-temp) • (2) Tbsp Lemon zest
3. Method: 1. Combine coffee and water, chill. 2. Mix coffee, mousse powder and heavy whipping cream. 3. Whisk on low...medium...then high. 4. Add lemon zest and continue whisking.
4. Notes: 1. Use an electric stand mixer with whisk attachment 2. Bowl, whisk, and all ingredients should be chilled. 3. Coffee can be substituted or omitted. 4. Do not over-whisk as this causes the milk fat to separate. 5. Serve after you've uploaded a pic to social media.
