2. Start by identify who they are- Ask questions to let them talk and you just
listen, building around what they value, what they believe in and want in life.
3. Form a community around them- Find out what they expect from you and others
and let them lead the charge, the NFL does this with quarterbacks all the time

Teens with a male present at home but the relationship is poor are 68%
more likely to smoke, drink and use drugs
They found that 70% of youth in state operated institutions come from a
poor father to son relationship or a absentee male involved in their life at all
And that’s 9x the national average
80% of all youth in prison come from a poor relationship with their fathers,
and that’s 20x the national average

Embrace the fact that it is our Duty #1 as a Man to Replace the men who decided or not
decided, to be around in a child’s life, own up to that and accept it, it’s now our role
#2 it is our job as a community to raise men, because if we don’t who do we leave that up to,
the mothers, the television, politicians, or would you rather have state ran institutions raise
them with no real values, then let them loose back into a society that hasn’t forgiving them.
#3 When God created you a man, he didn’t ask you to see how you would feel,
God created us men, Men; because he knew that we would be able to handle life in the order
he predestined.
#4 once you become a Man, You are a Father, You are a father everywhere you go, it’s our job
to maintain order in every role in life we play, in every situation, we become fathers to the
fatherless, in a situation where a man would have to step up in any child’s life for any giving
thing.
