• Single Piece Flow Simulation
• Using techniques learned in the morning session to
improve a process
Participants will utilize a simulation (supplied by the
instructor), and will do hands-on use of the tools with
team to learn how to reduce waste and increase
process flow.
(would like to coordinate with SBE to get a sample
process)
Participants will be prepared to participate on an
improvement team by the end ofthiscourse.
Time: 1 day
Participants: Those who work in a process(es) on a daily
basis.
