matrixed environment with cross-functional teams to guide decision making and move
projects forward. Resulted in Technical Employee of the Year Award for launching 13
new products in a year.

Patent writing for innovative solutions to advance the company and provide sustained
competitive advantage. Developments such as weatherable painter’s tape led to over
$10MM in revenues. Further improved the product with Patent US8404343 Edge

double coat, transfer tapes, reinforced products, stencil products, architectural painter’s
tapes and general purpose masking tapes for the organization. Responsible for project
management to ensure all new developments remained on task.

dollars.
