Automated regression testing is demonstrated for an extranet application to show pass/fail results and example reports. The goals of regression testing are to detect bugs early through more frequent testing across browsers without replacing manual testing but augmenting it. With effort, automated tests can cover all test cases. Requirements for reporting and discussion on the impact of regression testing are also discussed.
