Coffee
Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from the Coffea plant. The
Coffea plant is native to subtropical Africa and some islands in southern Asia. The plant was exported from Africa to
countries around the world and coffee plants are now cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in the equatorial regions
of the Americas, Southeast Asia, India, and Africa.
Effects of coffee:
- coffee is a drink that no calories,
- positively stimulates metabolism through a thermogenic effect, a
stimulus to burn body fat, because caffeine. Drinking coffee may contribute to
weight loss or maintaining it at some level.
In the case of abuse of coffee or other caffeinated beverages may occur
following negative effects:
tachycardia (increased heart rate)
restlessness, tremor (shaking), nervousness, panic
insomnia
anemia
a slight state of dependency, without coffee may experience
headache (migraine).
