Maria worked as an online marketing intern for Innrider, a startup equestrian company, from October to December 2016, where she helped develop their online marketing strategy, managed their social media accounts to grow their follower base, wrote engaging blog content and interviewed brand ambassadors, and helped create a strong brand identity by posting creative, relevant social media content. Her supervisors at Innrider found Maria to be engaged, full of ideas to increase awareness of the company, always positive and dedicated as well as eager to learn new skills while driving her own tasks forward.
