Job Responsibility:-
• Working here with dual responsibility, CSR Activity & Govt. Liaison for the different Project.
a) “Kanyadan Yojna” also promoted by us for tribal women.
b) “Swablaban” Project for Skill development of rural & tribal youths.
c) “Batsalya Project” provides better health to society. (Especially for Mother’s & Child).
d) “Scholarship Prog” uplift the talented poor Student in the field of Sports, Art & Culture. Also form
Academies for the Overall development of Children.
e) “Kiran Yojna” provides the facilities of renewal energy for the villagers & especially for Schools
children.
• Liaisons with govt. social security schemes and try to provide genuine rights from these schemes through
village committee or through camp with the support of govt. officials.
• Community Development works implemented shaking hands with Govt. Schemes (NRHM, MANREGA,
ICDS, Rural Development ministry, PHC, ANM, and AWW etc.) & develops VDC & Farmers Club at
periphery with the presence of our Team.
• In Agriculture or Livestock project have perform so many programmes for upliftment of farmers tie with
ATMA, PRADAN, IWMP Project, NABARD, WADI Project, and JSLPS. Develop Model Farm House in
different villages.
Rehabilitation and Resettlements
• Collect the detail information of effected families and try to provide the facility at prior basis also provide
them better education, better health facility and to organize the employment training prog for self
employment. Some eligible villagers are joined in the company after completing the training
• Preparation of Rehabilitation & Resettlement Plans (R&R). Preparing of R&R plan for Jereldaburu Iron Ore
Project (In this connection we prepared Vans-Bali of the affected families, Nuclear families, Estimated cost
calculation of the R&R families.
