research abroad, risk management, exchange, and international student services) on campus and with

communication and financial relationships with overseas partners, information management with students,
parents and faculty.
• Coordinate faculty, parents, study abroad participants, and international students. Hire, train, and supervise
student staff. Evaluate student writing in applications to study and conduct research abroad.
• Integrate and adapt advising, selection, orientation and pre-departure practices for an ever-expanding set of
in-coming and out-going participants.
• Study Abroad Participant Finances: Forecast and monitor participant expenditures. Process program
invoices to pay study abroad vendors. Maintain accurate, thorough records, includes research and analysis of
various sources. Monitor entire cohort of participants and communicate regularly to programs to ensure
that all student expenses are paid. Interface with business office to ensure efficient communication.
