Job functions and responsibilities

2.  Preparing and checking HVAC Services shop drawings for matching with Client & Specification
as per Authority requirements & regulations.
 Preparation and checking of duct design, duct size calculation and duct re-routing .
 Daily discussion about Job Planning, Completion, and Alteration of work to our senior
Engineers.
 Supervising and guiding the team Technically & Following Design check.
 Allotting the work as per priority to the Team of CAD Draftsman for the services like VAC
(Ventilation & air-conditioning).
 Preparation the Technical Schedules for all mechanical equipments like FCU, AHU,
 FAHU, Condensing Units, Dampers, Grilles, Diffuser, Exhaust Fans, Electric Water Heaters and
Pumps.
 Providing and collecting the information about the approved materials, schedule of equipment
and site information in order to prepare the Shop drawing with the latest & final information.
 Preparing Coordinated Reflected False Ceiling layout for Architect / Client approval.
 Preparing & maintaining of shop drawing schedule.
 Preparing & maintaining of final As Built Drawings, Operation & Maintenance. Manuals
Quantities take off etc.
 Follow up drawings / material approval by consultant / client.
 Preparation of Schematic Piping & Chilled Water System.
 Co-ordination with site people as per site condition for the preparation of shop drawings.
