Plz note this is not any Bussiness or Technical Information this s related to India Sr.Citizen age above 70 their is no Medical Insurance Policy.when I have appeal to Govt on India Health Ministry ,Prime Minster office they have admitted and mentioned they have more priorty work and they presently do no have such policy and they don't boughter above Sr.Citizen. what is your openion for this Govt and how you take care of Sr.Citizen health (Medical Treatment) in India when you are in emergency guide all and spread this message to all people who pay any kind of Tax to build India. I have return my request to supremene court of India Judge let see how much he is sensitive to do act fast and issue guide line to Govt of India for said issue. Plz Find below reply which I have recived from your healthministry saying that till today their is no such
policy driven by govt of India in Medical Insurance for Senior Citizen.
This reply I subjected to my Mother who is 78 Year Old having age dises like Bp,Sugar ,Heart Problem.
I want to have medical Insuarnce under cash less Scheme paying on time to Insurance Service
Companies.
I am not in Pune travelling most of the time in my absence my wife is alone to take care of my Mother in
any Emergency I don't want her to run or rush to govt hospital where treatment is very big task.
Kindly guide your involve ministry either Finance or Department IRDA to help asap.
If my mother die because of absesnce of treatment I will file Legal Action against Govt of India also
submitting below mail to Other Electronic Media to show neglence of Govt Policiy against Senior Citizen
Medical Insurance.

This is in reference to the email dated 13.07.2017 to this Ministry.
This is to inform you that Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) is a government sponsored scheme
administered by Ministry of Health Family Welfare (MoHFW) in which BPL along with 11 other defined
categories of unorganised workers are covered with an annual coverage of Rs. 30,000/- per family up to
five members on family floater basis. An additional coverage vide Senior Citizen Health Insurance
Scheme (SCHIS) is also provided to the RSBY beneficiary families in which Rs. 30,000 per senior citizen
per year is also implemented from 1st April, 2016.
Currently RSBY is not being implemented in the State of Maharashtra.
With respect to your suggestion of instructing Insurance Companies, you are advised to contact IRDAI or
Department of Financial Services, the nodal Ministry handling Insurance related matters.
In case of any complaints/suggestions regarding public hospitals, you may get in touch with Health
Department of your State.

I was an exchange student from China to United States when I was in high school. That was my first time come to US, because I was 16 years old, so we need to live in the homestay. I have stayed 3 host-families in 1 year. The first homestay was an old couple, they live in the countryside in Wisconsin, there was no internet and no wifi in their house, and I was not allowed to use my cellphone, I really miss my parents that time, so I refused to go to school and don’t want to talk to my homestay, then I told my coordinator I need to change my homestay because they don’t have internet. Then I moved from Wisconsin to Apple Valley in California, my second homestay was really nice to me, I wash dishes after lunch and dinner every day and also the housework every week. One day after dinner, I was in my room playing my computer, my homestay walked to me and told me I have to wash dishes, I said I have already did it, then he said no I didn’t do it, after few minutes quarrel, he told me I need to leave their house by tomorrow, they do not want me to stay in their house, because I did not listen to them. I said fine, I’m not your helper. So the second day I packed all my stuff went to my friend’s home, stayed for a week, because my coordinator need to find another homestay for me. In this one week, I asked myself why did I change 2 host-families, did I do something wrong? The answer is yes. I was a little princess when I was in my family, we have internet at my home, I don’t need to wash dishes every day, I don’t care anyone how they think about me. But I’m not at my home right now, I’m living in a stranger’s house, they never knew me before, they are not my parents, why they need to hold me like a baby? I have to do everything they asked me, and should not have any complains, just because it is not my house. That old couple don’t have internet in their house is not their fault, I am in United States right now, I have to learn English, I don’t need internet at all. After these introspection, I went to the third homestay, I did everything they asked me to do, and don’t have any complain to them, they really like me. We keep communicate after I went back to my home country till now, it’s already about 6 years, I am going to hangout with them after this summer session. Every place have different rules and environment, you need to follow them when you are there. This is to inform you that Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) is a government sponsored scheme administered by Ministry of Health Family Welfare (MoHFW) in which BPL along with 11 other defined categories of unorganised workers are covered with an annual coverage of Rs. 30,000/- per family up to five members on family floater basis. An additional coverage vide Senior Citizen Health Insurance Scheme (SCHIS) is also provided to the RSBY beneficiary families in which Rs. 30,000 per senior citizen per year is also implemented from 1st April, 2016. Currently RSBY is not being implemented in the State of Maharashtra.
