• Emotional engagement:
Ability of an individual to engage emotionally
to any work assigned or situation faced.
• Contributors emotionally connected with a
firm will always accept the challenges without
thinking about their “likes” or “dislikes”.
9. EMOTIONAL DISENGAGEMENT
• Emotional disengagement:
A person who is not concerned about the
work assigned or the situation faced can be
called as emotionally disengaged person.
• One who is emotionally disengaged is a non-
contributor and thinks that his work is boring
and hates to struggle for a solution.
