WORK EXPERIENCE
I. Worked as an Accountant in Calicut Auto spares , one of highly
branched spare parts distribution company in India from April 2011
to September 2012.
II. Working as Junior Accountant in Central School Dubai belongs to
NIMS group of Educational Institutions from December 2012
to Still the date .
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and
general ledger accounts.
 Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and
balancing information. Maintains general ledger accounts by
reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts.
 Secures financial information by completing database backups;
keeping information confidential.
 Maintains accounting controls by following policies and
procedures; complying with federal, Emirates, and local
financial legal requirements..
 Key Knowledge of WPS and MIS system
 Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate
accounts filing system. Preparation and input of month end
journal vouchers.
 Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
 Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
 Responsible for financial accounts including budgets
and cash flow.
 In charge of Debt Collection(Arrears)
 Handling the petty cash expenditure daily.
 Ensuring that information is accurately collated &
entered into systems. Preparation of bi-weekly invoice
and expense claim payment runs.
 Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account
reconciliations. Inputting of supplier invoices and
employee expense claims to the ledgers.
OFFICE AND ADMINISTRA TION WORKS
Health Insurance :Documentation, Addition, Deletion Follow-up,
Claim and Settlement work of Health Insurance for Company Staff.
Preparing Appointment Letter, Offer Letter for new candidate,
Maintaining works Profile Confidentially.
Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls and keeping good relation
both debtors and Creditors.
All Bank Dealings including bank account preparation for staff cash
deposit cheque deposit etc.
Assisting HR like verification of resumes documentation for Ministry
and Labour .
Maintaining stock ledger for store making report for both in and out
Materials .
