substance use disorderandpromote recoverytoa large audience.
• The EventsCommittee willprovidewrittenreportstothe full Boardof Directorsof any
actionstaken,meetingsheldordiscussionsthathave occurred.
• Withsupportfrom staff,annuallysubmitobjectivesanda workplanfor the committee
as part of the planningandbudgetingprocess.
• Withsupportfrom staff,annuallyevaluate itsworkasa committee andthe objectivesit
has committeditself toandreporton same to the Executive Director.
• Annually,the EventsCommitteewill review the committeecharter,committeework
planand committee membership.Anymemberswhohave notattendedregularmeetingsor
documentedactivitiestopromote the committee’sobjectivesforaperiodof 6 consecutive
monthswill be removedfromthe membershiplist.
• The committee will meetatleast6 timeseachyeareitherinpersonor viaconference
call.
