…17 “Not a man was left in Ai or Bethel who did not go
out after Israel, leaving the city wide open while they
pursued Israel. 18Then the LORD said to Joshua, “Hold
out your battle lance toward Ai, for into your hand I
will deliver the city.”

So here in the JAVELIN of Joshua, we see a picture of the
work of Yeshua redeeming His creation according to the
plan ordained in heaven ending the enmity with man
by the work of the Holy Spirit in man’s heart.

Lift up your staff, &stretch out your hand over
the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel

The Armour of God
10 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty Power.
11 Put on the full Armour of God, so that you can take your
stand against the devil’s schemes.

16 In addition to all this, take up the Shield of Faith (4), with
which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the Helmet of Salvation (5)and
the Sword of the Spirit (6), which is the Word of God.”

18 “And pray in the Spirit (7) on all occasions with all
kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be
alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s
