Michael was both an outstanding professional and a person who took ownership of any situation he
found himself challenged by. He has a very good ability to multi task and tackle several projects at the
same time while ensuring each of those projects receives the attention it deserves. He has an excellent
understanding of the industry and what factors contribute to success and is able to communicate his
ideas in a highly effective manner.
Michael was able to take a fledgling operation and within three years of start up, produced a portfolio of
30 restaurants from various genres within the industry. His ability to be connected and status of always
being “on” was welcomed by the GM’s and Owners that sought his counsel. Michael is strategic thinker
who is always looking for new and innovative ways to drive traffic and create excitement for his Guests.
He is a pleasure to work with and is always willing to provide constructive feedback to strengthen the
program/promotion. No matter where he applies himself, I believe he will succeed.
