• Create a Go/No Go list of criteria.
• Split your list into 2 categories:
• Institutional criteria would set the

• Challenge specific criteria to
respond to the constrains
of the development team by
institutional policy and politic.

• Go/No Go aims in validating ideas
without evaluation.
• The idea either pass or fail.
• If an idea fail a single criteria, the
idea is definitively discarded.

• If the criteria are too strict, too
many ideas will get
discarded.
• Reversely if the criteria are too
soft very few
ideas would be eliminated.
• Consider revising your criteria if
needed.
