I have been working with the public for many years i am confident and outgoing
who has the ability to work well.
In a team environment or on my own initiative. I am a good at communication and
can build relationships with people.
At all levels and can work effectively under pressure. I consider myself to be
honest hard working and trustworthy
And always put myself last and others first. I am a good listener. Communicate
well and like challenges.
I have done many training courses and have a qualification in management. I
believe that the skills and personal development that I have achieved in my
previous employment makes me a ideal candidate for the position the position of
support worker within your company. Also I have a good attendance work record
only had two days of sick since I joined Mencap in 2007
