2. ABSTRACT
Lens Optic is the main supplier in Spain for the
multinational health care insurance, representing about the
70% of its sales in this concept.
Optical Lenses are optical components designed to focus
or diverge light. Optical Lenses, which may consist of a
single or multiple elements, are used in a wide variety of
applications from microscopy to laser processing. Many
industries utilize Optical Lenses, including life sciences,
imaging, industrial, or defense.

Lens Optic es el principal proveedor de lentes en españa
de la multinacional aseguradora Health Care, representano
alrededor del 70% de sus ventas en este concepto.
Las lentes ópticas son componentes ópticos diseñados
para enfocar o divergir la luz.
Lentes ópticas, pueden consistir en un único o múltiples
elementos, se utilizan en una amplia variedad de
aplicaciones de microscopía a procesamiento láser.
Muchas industrias utilizan lentes ópticas, incluyendo
ciencias de la vida, imagen, industrial, o la defensa.
4. RÉSUMÉ
Objectif optique est le principal fournisseur en Espagne
pour l'assurance soins de santé multinationale, ce qui
représente environ 70% de ses ventes dans ce concept.
Objectifs optiques sont des composants optiques conçus
pour se concentrer ou diverger la lumière. Lentilles
optiques, qui peuvent consister en un des éléments
uniques ou multiples, sont utilisés dans une grande variété
d'applications de microscopie pour le traitement au laser.
De nombreuses industries utilisent les lentilles optiques, y
compris les sciences de la vie, l'imagerie, de l'industrie, ou
de la défense.
5. INTRODUCTION
In these slides I'm going to talk about the case of
negotiation between Health care and LensOptic.
Purchasing manager for Health care has asked to do a
negotiation with lensOptic following this points, awaiting a
favorable deal closes:
• Protect sales of Optex lens Avanced IQ
• Increase revenue
• In price of the lens in no case can be less than 108 euros
6. According to the case and the request of the purchasing
manager, model Optex Avanced IQ must be included in the
approved products because Lens Optic has presented a
fairly favorable sales increase, then health care should take
into account that if they take of products approved this
model may not bring the same benefits that it should, so
the negotiation guaranteed favorable sales.
The product has quality and a very good technological
advance, so this is the reason why the prince can´t be
lower than 108 euros.
The price stays at 108 euros and the sales for Health Care
are guaranteed.
7. Conclusion
I implemented a strategy win to win, because if the
business is not done we could make a big mistake, and if
the two companies join forces they can have very broad
benefits for both.
