5. LJUBLJANA SIGHTSEEINGLJUBLJANA SIGHTSEEING
Both the residents of Ljubljana and numerous
visitors say that Ljubljana is a city made to man's
measure. Classified as a medium-sized European
city, it offers all the friendliness of a small town
and at the same time everything that a capital
should offer.
The centre of Ljubljana owes its appearance
partly to the masters of the Italian Baroque and
partly to those of the Art Nouveau period, the
latter being reflected in the style of many
buildings built immediately after the earthquake
of 1895. In the first half of the 20th century, it was
the world famous Slovenian architect JoĹže
Plecnik who stamped a strong personal mark on
his birth place. The city's appearance was later
contributed to by his disciples and the "new
wave" of distinguished young Slovenian
architects.

where they do not need any special knowledge or prior experience. All activities are
completely safe and guided by professional instructors. Among them are snow tubing and

10. Option 1: KRANJSKAOption 1: KRANJSKA
GORAGORA
Kranjska Gora touches Triglav National
Park to the south. The imposing peaks of
the Julian Alps, the vast forests stretching
from Mojstrana to RateÄe, and the ski
areas among them attract hikers, alpinists,
bicyclists, and skiers.
As the romantic Alpine valley becomes
covered with snow, Kranjska Gora turns
into a winter fairy tale for sports devotees
and all those who like to enjoy nature and
good company during the cold months.
In wintertime, Kranjska Gora offers sports,
fun and delightful social life.
11. ICE CLIMBING
If you like climbing the icy waterfalls and mountain gorges, ice-climbing is
a perfect choice. For climbing you need a couple of ice-tools (ice-axe and
other) and crampons on shoes. If the climber is accompanied by a guide, he
is additionally secured with ice-screws. The difficulty depends on the ice
slope and ice formation (there is a big difference between the waterfall
that sticks to the wall, the ice-candle or ice fungus), as it influences the
possibility of the break of ice. The actual difficulty rate also depends on the
momentary circumstances in the waterfall (very little ice, the stiffness of
the ice because of coldâŚ).
Location: an artificial icy waterfall in the surroundings of Mojstrana.
Pax: max. 25 at the same time
Duration: app. 2 hours

12. HUSKY CHALLENGE
The noise of barking fills the air as the musher introduces you to
these fascinating dogs. Before you leave on the marked trail, the
sledges and harnesses are explained to you and the commands
practiced. Then it's up to the huskies to do the work (and up to you
to remember to dress warmly)..

13. FUNNY WINTER GAMES
We'll start things off with our "Snowshoe Shuffle". This course
meanders up, down, over, and around different obstacles for
your snowshoeing pleasure. We'll spice it up with variety of
relays and objectives so that everyone gets to support the cause.
On the more kindler and gentler side of ice hockey comes the
appropriately named "Broomball". Our version is played using
brooms instead of sticks; balls, instead of pucks; and goals, well,
as goals.
Your creative side is encouraged here. It's time to get artistic as
we close with our classic winter 'Snow Sculpture' contest. Get
ready to go for the gold. Pick your favorite cause or a team
mascot and let your imaginations run wild.
If you're looking for something alse let us custom design a more
realistic winter sports competition package. It's our twist on
some old favorites. Choose from our list or share with us a few
suggestions of your own.

14. SNOWBIKING AND SNOW BLADING
You have beginners and good skiers on the same trip and you don't want
to separate them? Then go snowbiking and snowblading!
A quick learning process (less than 2 hours for beginners), very light
material and professionals that advice you - this way snowbiking is a
pleasure for everyone.
There's a lot of fun involved in learning how to ski on snow blades, whether
you are an experienced skier, snowboarder or you have never been in the
snow before. Because of their size (90 cm), controlling them is very easy,
only slightly more difficult than just walking on snow.

22. SNOWSHOE HIKING
SNOWSHOE HIKING
A snowshoe is footwear for walking over the snow. Snowshoes work by
distributing the weight of the person over a larger area so that the person's
foot does not sink completely into the snow, a quality called "flotation".
Walk with snowshoes in the wonderful landscape of the Alps and see the
tracks of animals in the fresh snow. A great way to discover Mother Nature
in winter!
