Having a strong network is vital to success in insurance
sales. Referrals come from your network, but good
referrals come because of the value you

Developing a strategy for a specific group can be a great
win in the short/long term. This also builds your referral
rate as you would now be seen as that guy or gal with the
valuable offer.

Speak to as many people as you can, let them know what you
do and why it's important to them. Don't self promote,
have conversations about lifestyle, investing, money, kids, etc.
This will raise their awareness level on you.

Sales can sometimes get chaotic or sometimes you don't
know what to do next. Creating a structured day is
important. Have a daily plan for prospecting calls/emails,
visits, meetings, networking/social events, etc.
