Lukas Mandrake
Senior Machine Learning Researcher
PERSONAL SUMMARY
I have been working with Machine Learning (ML) techniques at JPL
for the past 13 years, supporting the ionospheric group within section
335, various science-based investigations within section 398, and now
through industrial partnerships with corporations such as Statoil and
Chevron. My largest sole contribution has been the award-winning
invention of the data filtration / selection method called DOGO while
supporting the OCO-2 flight project, solving their level-one
requirement needs for advanced validation, filtration, bias-
determination, and data checkout. I am actively seeking additional
responsibility, focusing on new roles that provide communication,
oversight, and guidance both to projects and younger group members.
