This document summarizes a proposal for a furniture app. The app would allow customers easy access to view and customize furniture designs. It identifies key customer segments and stakeholders involved. It then analyzes problems like insufficient data security and irregular product quality. It quantifies these issues and identifies root causes such as limited record keeping and an inability to multitask. Finally, it proposes solutions like using cloud storage, scheduling tools, and training workers to address the problems.
